This gives me the @#$% @#$%$. More of our money being spent telling us to accept a pathetic offer at the bottom of a "independent" valuation range that ascribes no value to:
- licences
- ongoing profits from running the businesses
- the benefits that LLC will receive from rationalising duplicate functions
- the development pipeline for LLC
- other intangibles

This is a bloody joke, but unfortunately the joke is on us shareholders.

I had better go buy some more shares to increase to No vote.
