Its makes no sense why ASIC allows companies diluting shareholders to call their Capital Raise a "Share Repurchase Plan".
It's insulting to anyone who actually knows what a share repurchase plan is = when a company buys back shares!
Spin is primary way companies offload on their retail shareholders. ASIC should be ashamed of themselves. DCC is not alone on this. I have seen so many companies use the same language.
