No as has been said it is after the closing date. An average of 5 days before the issue date. it's a weird set up but I have to say i actually don't mind it if the funds are raised. Raising at a set discounted rate (sometimes with attached options) can see the SP drop below the raise price and keep it there for long periods before it recovers. Share holders get discounted shares, but at what cost. You can usually buy on market for the same price after anyhow. Perhaps some people think management have shown there full hand so are selling out now to buy cheaper in the raise. Risky if management have some something up their sleeve for before the issue date.
