so the first mil is underwritten with an option to give Canaccord another 1mil if they chose plus whatever they've invested in LCK over the past few days. (time will tell). my point is if no new news was announced Canaccord or any other investor could have brought multiple millions of shares at around 8cents as there was an abundance on offer over the past few months in packages of 300k unlimited it seemed. So given the board (and Canaccord) are prepared to pay well over what they have traded at recently (even at 20%) discount this could only be construed as a 'deal' being done thus allowing directors/board the opportunity to invest further through an SPP. My thoughts only on what I hope is a positive outcome.
