    In October 2016, Zamia announced that it had entered into a binding share sale and purchase agreement (subject to conditions) in respect of all of the issued capital in Kirkham International Pte Limited, a Singapore-registered company that owns, via subsidiaries, permits for a coking coal mine in Central Kalimantan, Indonesia. Since October 2016, Zamia’s shares have been in a trading halt pending completion of the transaction.

    The Kirkham Acquisition was subject to satisfaction of conditions including a prospectus capital raising, regulatory and shareholder approvals. On 30 November 2017 the Company announced the decision by the ASX to exercise discretions under ASX Listing Rules 1.19 and 2.9 to not grant admission and quotation. As a consequence of this, the Company was unable to satisfy the conditions precedent as described in the SSPA including the Sunset date, resulting in the SSPA being terminated.Negotiations are continuing between the parties but have yet to be concluded. The Company will inform shareholders of progress made by directors on this proposed transaction.

    Removal from ASX Official List – Annual Listing FeesUnder listing rule 17.15, any entity that had not paid its annual listing fee in respect of the year ending 30 June 2019 by 5.00 pm AEST on Tuesday 28 August 2018 was removed from the official list with effect from the close of trading on Tuesday 28 August 2018.The following entities did not pay to ASX Limited their annual listing fees in respect of the year ending 30 June 2019 and consequently have been removed from the official list in accordance with listing rule 17.15.

    Hipo Resources Limited (ASX: HIP) (Hipo or the Company) is pleased to report that the Company intends to proceed with the agreement announced on 1 July 2020 where Hipo can earn an initial 30% interest (moving to 50% then 70%) in Zamia Resources Pty Ltd (Zamia Resources), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zamia Metals Limited (Zamia) which owns four (4) exploration licenses (Permits) in the Central Queensland goldfields covering ~115km2 and housing two open pit historical gold mines.
