    Misleading investors out of hard earned by blatantly reporting debt as income/growth. How can denial and ignorance be a defense to this?

    What a joke. This has ruined lives and I wonder if they're still driving around in those Teslas?

    If someone could please explain to me the difference between what has happened here and fraud that would be greatly appreciated? I'm completely stumped.
