I truly hope we havent heard the end of this. It seems like this is just being swept under the carpet.

If a company winds up due to change in the market conditions, etc then so be it. But when a company is wound up after spinning announcements like BIG did - something needs to be done.

If the directors of this company get to sail of into the sunset without taking any responsibility for their actions it will be a disgrace.

ASIC, ASX need to be all over this and they need to let shareholders (owners of the business) know what is happening. Shareholders have a right to know what is happening given we put our hard earned into it.

If ASIC and ASX take no action then IMO they are spineless and are the corporate watchdogs in title only. Let's see if they are the corporate watchdogs in actions also.
