Wait until outcome of administration process.
If company is wound up then you don't need to do anything, you can claim the loss this year.
If company continues operating after administration, then you can either hold onto your shares forever in hope they might be worth something again, or sell them to delisted and take the capital loss.
If they do continue operating, no point selling shares to delisted unless you actually have a captial gain that you want to offset. Might as well just hold them and see what happens. You never know, that African gold mine they own might strike it lucky, lol.
