From KordaMentha. "The companies undertook a drilling campaign around the start of calendar year 2019 which was agreed to be funded by Centennial's major shareholder, Octagonal Resources. The results of the drilling campaign were provided to Octagonal Resources but were not provided to the Companies"
Also "If the Companies are wound up and the liquidators obtain the drilling results then we expect any liquidator would undertake further investigation and seek advice to determine the merits of a claim against Octagonal Resources and Mr Gray in particular on the basis that his conduct might have been inconsistent with his prescribed statutory duties"
