Extract below, says CTL shareholders receive pro-rata of 24,982,9846 shares .... is that us? If not then who?
Also I'm thinking that if it is us and CTL had roughly 1billion shares, then 1 billion shares is worth 24,982,946 AUL shares x their price and as it is post consolidation price it would be (if MC of AUL stays same) around 14cents = $3.5 million roughly.
Then to go further to figure out what an ole CTL share might be worth after this deal (if it is us shareholders they're referring to) is roughly one third of what it was.
