    Possibly not - until the Company is liquidated or benefits from an RTO, it still exists. Delisting simply means that you can't sell "on market", but you can still do "off market" trades. I have several million shares which I would be happy to sell @ the bargain basement price of 20c each. Get in quick or miss out!!!!
