NGL have now missed their audited accounts for 2023, AGM, quarterly report for Q2 & half year accounts. Until they resolve their issues, release all the missing documents & hold the AGM they can't relist.
I'm surprised they haven't filed for chapter 11 in the US, maybe because the founders are propping up the company with their own money? The company can only go on like this for a limited time before they either get the financing required or go under. The fact they allowed the delisting to occur because they didn't pay the annual fees suggests a solution won't be happening anytime soon.
If you haven't already done so I'd be mentally writing this one off.
