The malaysian contracts never delivered.
Since then, I've not had any reason to believe this was a real business. Just lots of shuffling of "assets" for seemingly inflated/unjustified prices which were then paid out to often newly created entities of murky background and with the appearance of being too closely associated to the company.
It was a joke to begin with and it proved to be so as time went on.
I maintained this was a dog and it has proven to be so.
