Yes it is very exciting times and l'm really looking forward to the 29th Oct to see what price the 2 co-under writers have been able to secure. Regardless of what price they are able to manage, we are already winners.

How do you go from being under water and near drowning, to securing a fantastic share price of 5 to 7 $Usd. I think its a good idea that all the shares from the Australian Shareholders are in escrow for 6mth's. This will allow GMVD to operate without the fear of the Aussie shareholders dumping the stock on listing.

I still think that GMVD has a fantastic opportunity to make inroads into the duopoly currently held by BEAT & IRTC. GMVD starting at $Usd 5 - 7 will look quite inviting and if GMVD can release some healthy news IE: NMPA approval, signing up more University Hospitals or new IDTF.
