Now that PSA is finally admitting they are cactus they start telling the truth. This was the truth 6 years ago but these turkeys kept telling everyone that ‘the permits are imminent’. This joke just gets worse and worse for holders. So not only can’t they restart production, they have given 80% away to someone who also cannot restart. Might send a note to Joe Astin at the AFR , he will get a great article out of this fiasco.
