If you read the announcement you will see;
1) The company has announced the intention to delist.
2) Delisting is a process that will take a couple of months.
3) This allows shareholders time to sell on market and crystallise a tax loss.
4) The company will remain a company under Israeli laws.
5) There are good reasons to delist in Australia.
I intend to continue to hold in the private company.
