You would have thought at this point in the company's life that perhaps the BOD would wait to see how the stock responds to the supposed upcoming sales growth after the big marketing spend on ANH.
The value of the listed company is where it is because management have massively failed to meet the market expectations of sales and business growth for both the ANH and the Seeds business's.
This BOD is incompetent.
