    So shareholders are now "trapped" in a private company - but they can "sell via private off market transactions after identifying purchasers and agreeing to terms" - not on the surface an easy process.

    Now the company is going to be unlisted I assume the information flow will almost totally dry up leaving shareholders stuck in a private company with very little idea of what is going on. My prediction as some stage be it 12 months or so down the track is there will be an offer forthcoming to shareholders offering to buy the shares which many will accept just to trigger a loss for tax purposes.
