Here's DC Payments investor update 22nd March, 2016: "Subsequent to the year-end on February 18, 2016, DCPayments successfully completed the tuck-in acquisition of the ATM business of GRG International Limited (“GRG”) in Australia for total consideration of A$1.9 million (the “GRG Acquisition”). A total of approximately 170 ATM locations and related contracts were acquired in Australia."
