    UXA were just unlucky under his command and the dreadful mining sector ruined options to explore further for Uranium and gold.

    Where to now with three directors and a rights issue and placing at 10c a share for up to $15,000 proving difficult to complete.

    Option one must be to raise more funds and if successful apply to rejoin the ASX some way down the line. Personally I'm thinking they need a partner already with an ASX quote or back into an ASX shell company with a fair bit of cash - however, our directors may well take a different course.

    UXA are not finished as a company and the improving mining sector may yet spring a surprise from them.
