Certainly a bit of a kick in the guts ; not knowing much about what occurs from here. I can only imagine all the calls from people on here for action has prompted the ASX to make a move
Does anyone know, are the tenements forefeited ?? As long as the company retains these, and is able to obtain the funding with the party / parties they are negotiating with ...
Maybe the delisting isn't such a bad thing ? As they are not bound by the ruling in place
