ASIC should be looked at as little more than a joke at this end of the market. Despite numerous breaches of the Corporations Act by this company and many others, ASIC have different sets of rules for the big end of town. They are supposed to be the market regulator but regulate very little. It took the ASX 3 years to realise that they hadn't lodged their accounts in 3 years?
