    Interesting reading and with the history of failures here it most probably is not wise to go the legal way. Looks like desperation and this has sadly been in decline for some years now. Resigning from ASX was the end. Why would Microlatch bother with a Company on the NSX? So a not so Merry Christmas as at present it is in limbo along with shareholders who are confused about this stocks future.
