yes I recall that but I didn't see any hand go up for the $100k. I did hear one well spoken chap say that he was totally with GM and that he was going to write to the board, which they will have no choice but to table at their next scheduled meeting. It will be interesting to see if firstly, they stand by their top fellow who thinks he is where it all stops or whether they direct him to re consider. Hopefully, by the time that occurs Mr. Hohnen's letter along with our fellow shareholder and maybe a few more (thinking optimistically now) will be considered.

I do recall that GM stated in writing to the ASX that delisting would be at "their peril" which I took to be .........watch this space for litigation. GM, to his credit, stands tall when it comes to his beliefs but in this instance both parties have a fairly strong point, neither of which I would be betting against in a court case......................so that wait goes on!
