Plenty of chinese companies can get money out. They are building and buying assets all over the world including billions of dollars of Australian houses.
If this one is having a problem 'getting money out', I think the problem is other than stated.
Someone ought to appoint a liquidator or you will never find out the truth.
Liquidator or not, either way, I doubt any shareholders on the ASX will see a penny. What does Winton Willesee have to say about it? Seems a bit quiet?
