    this company is real, just that it has major operation issues. loosing large chunk of money as subrogation payout to client.

    we now sit and wait for the guaranteed assets to be liquidate, and hopefully the company’s share will be worth something again.

    This is not a fraud case, rather it is an operatinal loss. albeit only temporarily
