If you have the proof and check the dates of ownership changed,please report to Chinese police,Australian Federal police ,Hong-Kongese police and the legal owner of CDI in CDC,CDN(ASX) that Former and current CEO Youlian Wang or former executive chairman Eunjia Liu sold company's major assets without shareholders agreement or current owner of the assets,consulting company stold the assets,China Dairy Corporation Ltd(CDC) did not announce it to shareholders and did not report it on financial statement as at 31 Dec 2017,thus China Dairy Corporation looks like a scam company and ask for prosecute or invetigation with attaching of the proof.
[CDC prepaid US$18m for R&D and cow insurance in 2017,but it is very unusual ,unreasonable and sucpicious to have prepaid so huge amount.
Registered in British Vergin Islands company,Hope Diary Holdings Ltd has 53.06%(360m) shares in CDC.
Major shareholder in Hope Diary Holdings Ltd looks like former chairman Eunjia Liu.
Please ask Chinese police only to investigate or check the prepaid US$18m went to secret fund and Hope Diary Holdings Ltd is secret fund of Eunjia Liu].
