Sorry I have tried, CDC holders number is so small, just 1k posts here, unable to attract the Chinese authorities' attention, they got more urgent matters in the country.
I also consider any legal action, in Australia, will win on the paper but less possibly to enforce the order in China. Also asked a law firm from China, we are not legally recognised shareholders of zhongxian (CDC), only CDIs unable to make a claim in China.
For future ASX must stop this kind of listings, even did not check the cow numbers before listing, only harm people in Australia. The scammers still here, in China lots victims are hunting them due to other illegal fundraisings, will be happy to keep an eye if any news come up.
