We are CDI holders,thus we should ask ASX for the plans and reponsibilities of CDN(Chess Depositary Nominees Pty Ltd,a wholly owned subsidiary of ASX) to solve the CDI in CDC matters.
Because,CDN has the legal ownership of CDI in CDC.
CDI holders have beneficiary ownership of the underlying securities (ordinary shares in CDC) only.
IMO,CDI holders who participated in class action should ask the law firm to check the possibility of class action against CDN,IPO broker and ASX for having not checked enough about the reality of CDC's businesses and assets.
