Bataa probably didn’t get any of these messages from ASX as they all went to an empty office in Sydney and he isn’t even on the board.
To get this relisted will require a majors effort over a long period of time. Probably a full recomply. So that’s close to an IPO. Hard work and $$$
Garrison shut down many years ago and the key guys departed Aus for good.
ASX seem to have jumped the gun and played right into SAMs hands. They however will not reverse the decision. 
As per WOT says, directors look like they could be in trouble.
