Company hasn't been liquidated so a loss can't be claimed.

You need to do an off market sale to someone for $1 to realise the loss.

Unfortunately Zhang left this deal search too late and the ASX had no choice.

I don't have a lot of confidence that this will re-list again in H12019 as claimed in their release.

However, saying that it seems that a new listing under a prospectus is likely to be easier than satisfying the ASX requirements to remove suspension with a change in business focus. Although existing shareholders will be massively diluted under any new listing.
