Sadly - I doubt we will ever get our money back from these guys now They haven’t been able to get any real finance in almost 20 yrs and I doubt they will in future going on past evidence. The Solar updraft tower is not exclusive to them (as I thought, till recently) and they appear to have mismanaged whatever they did have. Nice idea but they missed the boat about 10yrs ago maybe if Pv wasn’t so cheap now it could have been a different story.

Why not just wrap this up? It would likely be more beneficial if we were liquidated and company shuttered so that we can create a tax loss. At least that may be a benefit to some people.

If you have concerns about misinformation or lack of disclosure they need to be raised with ASIC as I doubt ASX will have any interest now or any method of addressing complaints.

Moving to another jurisdiction apart from that announcement last week it’s the first I’ve heard of it. I didn’t go to the AGM though.

If ASIC make moves to limit directors operating in future how is that viewed in other markets or on other exchanges?
