Class action imo waste of time and effort, no proof of misuse of funds, there were none to misuse! Money promised many many times but never materialised.

Why not wrap it up? Fair question. Looks like with the last off market trade there may be some hope in the US and they will cling to it is my only guess. Seems like efforts are being made in the US but no one has come through and completed any transactions ever from what I can tell.

Not much can be done except wait and see what happens....if anything. You never know we may all get a surprise and rise from the ashes or continue to hear of promises that never get delivered.
