Some Nice guy in the stock "HDY" set up a group to fight the de-listing of that stock and fight fore new management and Shareholders interest to be taken into account. Mum and dad shareholders in that stock as I would suppose in this one as-well. I am in another country , but will be happy to put up my 4 000 000 shares's voting rights, we will need good legal representation in order to prove that NF was withholding Information and to sue him ( his director indemnity insurance) personally for al the dodgy dealings. IMO Who in Auz can set something up ? And yes no win no fee , but also a win and the fee paid from proceeds cause I haven't got any more pennies to throw at this one tbh.
