I have written to all 3 of the contacts given in the doca notices. Will post any replies. Surely there are rules around receivership & the main creditor can't just offload the company assets without so much as a friggin notice to shareholders? WPG is not even delisted unless i have missed a notice (and HC has also) ASX has a shameful lack of protection for SH and it appears no consequences whatsoever for predatory behaviour ASIC are a joke
