thanks Vincerli, do you know the process for appointing liquidator, is there any motivation from anyone to expedite this process?
given the relevant regulatory bodies fed us to the wolves on this one, you would hope they would at least now wrap it up as painlessly as possible.
in fact I'm so mad about this, I'm going to book the loss in this financial year, if the ATO complain, I'll refer them to ASIC to justify what value there is.
IMO the loss should properly be booked in 2017-2018 fin year, was worthless at that point.
