IMO the loss should properly be booked in 2017-2018 fin year, was worthless at that point.

dan j lanskey is chairman and stuart cameron is non-executive director and secretary. so would be up to them to start wind up. but while they are getting a wage there is no incentive. when all/any funds run out maybe imo.
