ASIC - I know you read these posts.

The pirates have left a trail of evidence that has handed to you and spelled out to you.
The pirates have threatened, intimidated and harassed shareholders.
The pirate office is now a ghost town - nobody has seen them there in weeks.
The pirate website is no longer up, with no IT staff making any effort to bring it back up.
The pirates no longer answer their phones.
The pirates no longer answer emails.
They don't answer the door when you knock on it.
They are no longer contactable by any means - unless you complete a web form indicating that you're interested in investing in the "JB High Alpha" managed fund. At what point will ASIC, the police or any government agency acknowledge what is going on here and take action?!
Why are these pirates above the law? Why are they so untouchable?
