ASIC didn't. Nothing to do with ASIC, It was ASX who suspended them and now delisted them on grounds they haven't satisfied ASX listing rules. Listing rules are just the rules of the club so to speak, not State or Commonwealth law, it doesn't mean they've committed a civil or criminal act as far as Corps Law is concerned.
