What actual civil or criminal act in breach of the corps law are you accusing the board of HML of committing?

You can't go on a fishing expedition. HML doesn't have to prove their innocence its up to you/ASIC to prove guilt.

Its not illegal for a share price to fall.
Its not illegal for shareholders to lose money.
Its not illegal for a company to be suspended.
Its not illegal for a company to be delisted.
Its not illegal for a company to go bankrupt.

ASIC needs to build a good case to take HML to court and make it stick, I have a personal opinion about all of that, we shall see how it pans out.
