These are my thoughts also. I lodged a complaint with commonwealth ombudsman and had a discussion, they cannot instruct ASIC. Also advised shareholders will need to pursue an action themselves.
My further thoughts are shareholders would have a better chance following any ASIC action.
Fortunately for me I am only half burnt at this stage as a BHD shareholder not HML, however we should probably look to a joint action if feasible one day.
