I disagree with anyone that calls ASIC the "Toothless Tiger":
Tigers are quite fast and agile.
Tigers can run, jump, climb and even swim - They can chase down almost any prey they set their eyes on.
Nobody ever criticizes or complains about tigers because tigers are awesome.
Even a tiger without teeth can still be a very lethal animal.
I think ASIC should be referred to as the "Toothless Turtle":
They're slow like turtles. They take anywhere between 3 to 11 years to bring wrongdoers to justice.
They only go for easy prey - just like herbivorous turtles that only eat stuff that doesn't run away or offer any form of resistance to being eaten.
They don't respond to you when you criticize or complain about them - just like a turtle retracts into its shell when it feels threatened.
And, of course they have no teeth - just like turtles.
