Great decision, they have a terrible financial statement and they only use acquisitions to cover the company situation. If you combine this to the constant recapitalization of the company at a lower share price of the market to only institutional investors and the directors money, you have exactly a cocktail for failure. Often, a company will offer you to purchase your shares when it goes back to private, they have no benefits in having many small shareholders in a private company, its only a requirements for public companies but there is no benefits behind it. If they don't bother to buy back your shares and fail to list on another stock exchange, good luck. I would expect the value to be readjusted to 0.05 cents
