Complying would have had them changing their entire business structure. Ab1 Continued and ongoing dispute regarding crypto related activities between the asx, and decided it was more benifical to stick to their guns and look for another exchange. Have you not read their announcements?

I highly doubt heavy weights like John madden would take on a perminant roll as CFO with a shady compamy doing things wrong. This is new Technology with new currencies. Time to move on to an exchange more open to embracing the future.
