    Hi uphillnow. On the 3rd Febuary, the ASX listed 28 company's for delisting so this comment, the asx is very patient and does not like delisting, is not quite true.

    Regarding comments about can't be hard to comply with ASX requirements, the ASX changed the rules/guidlines in July 2019. AB1 was put in a trading halt in late August. We had about 1 month to do a complete restructure of the companies finances and organisation.

    Maybe do some research and/or just read the company anouncement again.
