Seems that it is not razor tight. Otherwise the ASX would have not delisted them.

And this is the important thing about the situation. They want move to another Stock Exchange.
But if they cant fullfill the requirements of the Australian Stock Exchange, then i dont think that they can fulfill the requirements of other major Stock Exchanges. New York and Europe should have at least the same requirements. If not even stronger requirements than Australia.

I dont want them to be listed in Canada. There are so many scam companys in the Canadian Stock Exchange.
Would hurt the share price a lot.

Best thing Animoca can do now is turn a profit. A profitable company is far easier to IPO than a non profitable one.

BUT not being listed on the ASX means far less scrutiny on the books and accounts. I'll be very sceptical of any reports released that are not subject to listing rules.
