CHESS automatically moves all shareholders from HIN numbers to new SRN numbers after delisting, but apparently this takes a bit of time. The result is that, in the interim, sometimes the registry's system reflects the holding as zero. They have just mailed out the new SRN statement to share holders. You should be receiving updated shareholder information in due course. As far as I'm aware you'll need to enter your SRN number into the automic portfolio, after which, you'll be able to find your correct (current) balance of shares.
