Hi Itisch, sorry just saw your message. I never got a callback so yesterday I rang Pitcher Partners the administrator in Sydney and was given Pitcher Partners number in Western Australia. I spoke to a senior manager and asked for a letter to confirm the liquidation and was sent an email to that effect which I can use to claim capital tax loss persuant to section 104-105 of the income Tax Assessment Act 1997. Basically same as the announcement of administration update on 27 April. You can find announcement on market index.com.au under OGX. I hope this helps. I will see with my accountant but I am pretty sure that is all you need to claim tax loss. Good luck.
