You and your friends decided that shareholders should be happy with a refinancing scam that supposedly gave them only 3% of their holding, ...while at the same time you guys ploughed money into the scam that would have made money out of the losses of ordinary shareholders.
I don't think you need to explain this to Koulamav, he along with the majority clearly understand the foul act committed by the phoenixers.
Have you ever seen me complain about the lack of JORC? No, I haven't, so why not stop with the misleading statements?
Would I ever invest in a company without a JORC again? Definitely not.
What I have complained about is the deliberate mismanagement of the company, designed to result in capitulation and phoenixing.
If your moral compass convinces you that is a great investment, then bully for you.
Now please stop bothering me and run along to Canada will you?
Or are you still trying to raise investment in the phoenixed assets for the reverse takeover?
