Yes, there is a big difference between having a report signed off by a JORC qualified geologist ...and having a JORC resource.
Cascavel did not complete a JORC resource since 2017, when it released this lacklustre result:

...and the worst part is that they couldn't even achieve a production result to come anywhere near 15.4 g/t @4,500 tonnes. But then again ...I guess it was only an estimate:
